Our licensed Engineers possess the training and technical abilities necessary to efficiently guide projects from the conceptual design stage through construction administration.

Professional Experience

RZE personnel have over eighteen years of professional experience in general civil engineering and development of residential, industrial and municipal drainage, sanitary, traffic, water and roadway systems.

Experience includes coordination, review and preparation of bid documents on numerous residential, commercial and industrial projects.

Projects include design of drainage, roadway, water and sewer facilities in compliance with state, county and local municipal standards. Additional experience includes preparation of traffic, sewer, water and drainage studies; analysis of water supply and treatment systems, analysis and design of sewage disposal facilities; development of plans and documents for local permit applications for site development, including environmental site assessment forms, SEQR, and draft environmental impact statements.

RZE's staff are highly qualified and possess the knowledge, training, and experience to complete your project on time, efficiently and within the budget. Our personnel include licensed, professional engineers and designers with certifications in erosion and sedimentation control and storm water quality.

Many of our projects include working in the Skaneateles Lake Watershed, which is highly regulated and provides untreated water to the City of Syracuse water system. Our office possesses the experience and the expertise to efficiently work with regulators and to guide your project through the regulatory process.
